*TEETH SUCK* ANOTHER BLOG?

Here is yet another voice chattering away in the ether known as the inter, except this time it’s my voice. I’m a Student of life, love, and trial; freelance graphic designer and website developer - so expect my humor (where I can muster it up) to be wry and self-deprecating, but my eye sharp and luscious.

I TALK - YOU TALK

This is an informal space, with only a little bit of rhyme or reason (definitely more rhyme than reason) . The initial motivation for this site was so that I could be knowledgeable about the Wordpress platform and offer my skills in that area. In the process I’ve found that it can be fun writing stuff and pretending that people will be coming to this site to see it. I left the comments open to anyone (though there’s moderation to prevent spam bots from taking over). If you, oh imaginary visitor to this site, have a random thought or reaction to something you see here, feel free to leave it in the comments.

SHOULDN’T YOU BE WORKING?

If you’re visiting this site during some “procrastinatory” exercises, I hypocritically suggest that you get back to work. After all, like Khalil Gibran says,

You work that you may keep pace with the earth and the soul of the earth.
For to be idle is to become a stranger unto the seasons, and to step out of life’s procession, that marches in majesty and proud submission towards the infinite.
And to procrastinate is to accept that work sometimes sucks.

(Actually, I added that last line about procrastination - slick, I know - but I bet he used to think it even if he never wrote it down.)

If you’re here from my commercial design work site ARCHISENSE, well, all I can say is - sometimes there’s a distinct difference between how I approach life vs. how I approach work. OK, that’s my disclaimer. Now, let’s get back to the procrastination!
